How We Started
Devin Stephan is the owner of Legendary Homes of Alaska, LLC. Growing up Devin was on on the job site working and learning as soon as he could wear a tool belt. During this time he grew a long lasting passion for the art of carpentry. He is a 5th generation builder bringing years of hard earned experience. Since then Devin has sharpened his skills and customer service expertise into the development of a “customer first” business. Devin is not your average contractor: he returns phone calls, arrives on-time, works clean and is courteous to you and your home. Total project management is what Legendary Homes does best; from permitting and designs to demo, framing and detailed finish work. Legendary Homes has in house capabilities and contractor relationships to handle jobs large and small
